Product Dissatisfaction & Returns Policy
At Brisbane Market Flowers, we take great care in crafting your floral designs and pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our products. However, due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of flowers, outcomes may vary slightly from images due to seasonal variations and product availability. We are committed to resolving any concerns in a way that is fair and aligned with our business values and obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
If you're not satisfied with your order:
We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup by emailing contact@brisbanemarketflowers.com.au with your order details and a clear photo of the product in question. All complaints must be in writing. This allows us to direct your complaint to our management team so we can assess the issue for quality control, improve our service, and determine the most appropriate resolution.
Resolution options:
If a product is deemed unsatisfactory due to fault, damage in transit, or not meeting reasonable expectations based on what was advertised, we will offer a suitable remedy. This may include a like for like replacement, partial or full store credit, or redelivery, this is at our discretion.
Returns required:
In the event a replacement or credit is approved, the original product must be available for return so we can further inspect it for quality assurance.
What is not covered:
- Change of mind, or subjective preferences in colour, size, or flower variety are not covered under our refund policy.
- Size expectations: Every product listing on our website includes a clear description of dimensions and sizing. Requests for refund or return based on size or scale will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to read all descriptions carefully.
- Variations in flower availability and substitution are part of the design process due to seasonality and market supply. We always maintain the style, value, and palette agreed upon, in accordance with our substitution policy.
- Flowers that have not been properly cared for are not eligible for credit or replacement.
Brisbane Market Flowers complies with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major fault or defect, the customer is entitled to a refund, credit or replacement. Where a product has a minor fault, we will offer to fix it within a reasonable time.
