Shipping policy
Delivery
All delivery fees will be quoted at time of check out. Additional fees may be charged if flowers are redirected due to incorrect information or change of address.
Orders received before 12:00PM (GMT +10 (Queensland)) Monday to Friday will be available for same day delivery. Saturday deliveries will need to be placed by 10:00AM Friday prior. Orders received after these times may be delivered the next working day.
Our deliveries are generally made during local business hours, however some residential orders may be later with a cut off time of 6:00pm. Business addresses will be delivered by 5pm, unless otherwise advised.
Brisbane Market Flowers employs and trains their Flower Couriers. It is at their discretion whether it is safe to leave flowers at an address.
If a delivery attempt is made and the courier is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, unable to gain access, cannot identify a safe place to leave the order, or the contact number provided is unanswered at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to our Rocklea store. Your order will be available for pick-up, or eligible for redelivery at the next available run for an additional fee.
A calling card will be left at the property with our contact details.
Unless otherwise stated Brisbane Market Flowers does not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Please check your recipients name, address (including unit numbers and business names) and contact number are all correct as per your order confirmation email. Any corrections to delivery details must be made via email at least 1 day before your delivery date to ensure we have time to update your order. Brisbane Market Flowers are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Special Events
Brisbane Market Flowers reserves the right to set different terms and conditions in relations to special events. These include but are not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
Special delivery conditions apply to Valentine's Day (14 February) and Mother's Day (2nd Sunday of May) deliveries due to the large volume of orders that these days attract.
To ensure delivery on the day, orders must be placed by the time specified by us on the previous working day. It is not possible to guarantee delivery times on the day, but we will ensure:
- All deliveries to work addresses will arrive by 5:30pm.
- All deliveries to residential address will arrive between 4am - 6pm.
Deliveries to rural addresses and secured buildings such as apartment blocks with no on-site management or gated communities cannot be guaranteed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and correct address and phone number at time of ordering. The recipient should be in attendance at the address. Out of respect for you and your neighbours, orders delivered in the early morning may be left on your doorstep without ringing your doorbell or knocking.
Brisbane Market Flowers will not be held responsible for any provided gifts.
Delivery areas may be limited due to order volume. A Surcharge may apply to deliveries on Special Event day.
